An early 19th century French ormolu mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the circular enamel dial with black Roman numerals and inscribed 'Schuller à Paris', the case modelled with a seated winged goddess flanked by a wreath and classical urn, the rectangular plinth base with cast relief panel of a goddess in flight flanked by a pair of bust portraits within laurel wreaths, on a rectangular plinth and bun feet, height 52cm (lacking pendulum).
