London: The Fine Art Society, Ltd., 1916-1917. 2 vols. only (of 3), one of 1050 de luxe copies, signed by Louis Raemaekers in pencil to both volumes, folio (450 x 334mm.) Photographic portrait, 100 mounted colour plates to vol. 1, 60 mounted plates (1 coloured) to vol. 2. (Some browning to margins, light spotting to preliminary blanks.) Original half-buckram, gilt stamped, morocco lettering pieces to spine, t.e.g. (rubbing to extremities, some surface wear to volume 1) (2).
