A pair of Japanese watercolours on silk, Meiji period, one depicting a cockerel, the other a chicken and her three chicks, two iron red printed seals to lower left corner, 19.5cm x 20.5cm, framed and glazed, one with glazed reverse displaying note inscribed 'To Mrs Edith Maive with Ikeda Seisukes, best regard'.
