A Chinese cinnabar lacquer double gourd shaped wall plaque, mark of Qianlong but later, carved with borders of ruyi heads, scrolling foliage and stylized clouds enclosing characters Da and Ji to represent the phrase Da Ji (great auspiciousness), the black lacquered reverse with gilt six character mark, length 40.5cm.
