A Japanese Koransha Fukagawa Imari porcelain bowl, Meiji period, of fluted shallow circular form, the interior painted and gilt with central ho-o bird roundel within a border of panels, alternately filled with the Three Friends of Winter (pine, bamboo and prunus) and flower charged jardinières, the exterior with a band of flowers and foliage, underglaze blue mark to base, diameter 25.5cm (minor hairline to rim), with wood stand.
