A Chinese carved ivory figure group, late Qing dynasty, carved and pierced as Shoulao, boy attendant and a maiden standing below pine branches, height 12cm, together with four Japanese ivory cylindrical boxes and covers, each incised and stained with lions, tigers and elephant, diameters 6.6cm, and a Japanese ivory figure group of Hear, See and Speak No Evil, early 20th century, carved as three seated monkeys, length 10.2cm, on a wood plinth base.
