Oxford: printed for the author, 1700. Folio (342 x 220mm.) Portrait frontispiece, double-paged hand-coloured map by Herman Moll, 22 engraved plates. (Some offsetting, browning to margins, occasional creases.) Contemporary calf (frayed with some loss). Provenance: Robert Milnes-Crewe (bookplate to the front pastedown); The West Horsley Place Collection.
