ITALIAN POETRY. Delle Rime Piacevoli Del Berni, Casa, Mavro, Varchi, Dolce… et d'altri Auttori. Venice, 1627. 4 parts in 3 vols., 12mo (131 x 60mm.) 4 title-pages with vignettes. (Some browning, a tipped-in bookseller description to verso of endpaper of vol. 1). 18th century mottled calf, the spine in five compartments with raised bands, lettering pieces to the second and fourth compartments, the others with repeat decoration in gilt (minor loss to spine ends). - And two volumes of late 17th and early 18th century Italian verse. Provenance: The West Horsley Place Collection (5).
