A Continental porcelain figure of the Virgin Mary, late 19th century, modelled standing in a long blue cloak, her foot on a snake, raised on an octagonal gilt enriched white glazed base, underglaze blue mark 'R 1762' to base, height 44cm (minor restoration to hands).
