A Japanese Satsuma earthenware vase, Meiji period, of slender tapering form, enamelled with a trellis band above floral pendants, height 18.5cm (restoration to rim), together with a pair of Japanese porcelain chamber pots and covers, decorated with gilt birds and wisteria on a matt black ground, height 20.5cm. Provenance: from the estate of the late Nellie Lenson-Smith (1928-2017).
