A Japanese iron tetsubin (tea kettle) and cover, Meiji period, the body with cast textured surface and decorated in relief with two horses opposing Mount Fuji, beneath a swing overhead handle, cast seal mark to one side of spout, height 22cm, together with another iron tetsubin and cover cast in relief with a shrimp, bamboo leaves and prunus on a textured ground, cast signature and seal mark beneath spout, height 21cm.
