LOT 841
A group of police memorabilia, comprising a 19th century ceremonial constable's tipstaff with a brass crown finial and a turned rosewood handle, a turned mahogany constable's truncheon, stamped 'M', a crown and P', fitted with a leather handle, and a riding crop with a horn handle, together with a group of ephemera, including a passport relating to William Chapman, a British subject going to Italy, dated 19th September 1850, related paperwork of Swiss and Italian interest and a partly compiled diary relating to Robert Chapman, first half of the 19th century.
