An Aesthetic period pottery jug, late 19th century, probably designed by Pierre Mallet, the tapering cylindrical neck and ovoid body decorated with a bird with pink, blue and yellow plumage, perched amongst twigs and leaves, opposing daisy stems and a butterfly, moulded registration lozenge and printed '87' and '58' to base, height 17.5cm.
