A Victorian beadwork and velvet wall pocket, the curved top panel worked with a regimental crest and inscribed 'Petworth VR Royal Volunteer Rifles' above further panels depicting a crown and 'VR' cypher, international flags, thistles, roses and a building, possibly Crystal Palace, inscribed 'Great Exhibition 1869', length 83cm, width 20cm (some minor faults).
