A Doulton Lambeth stoneware jug, circa 1878, by Emily E. Stormer, the cylindrical neck incised with floral motifs above a globular body, incised and beaded with scrolling leaves above a stiff leaf border, flanked by an angular handle, decorated with scallop shells, impressed factory mark and incised monogram to base, height 19.5cm (restoration to rim), together with a Doulton Lambeth and Slaters Patent jug of tapering cylindrical form, decorated in relief with Celtic knot motifs against a lace effect ground, impressed factory marks to base, height 23cm (restoration).
