A late Victorian mahogany bracket clock with eight day twin fusee movement chiming Westminster quarters on four gongs and striking hours on a larger gong, the backplate stamped with maker's initials 'J.J.E.' (James Jones Elliott) and 'England', the silvered circular dial with black Roman hour numerals, slow/fast indicator and chime/silent lever, the case with moulded arch pediment and brass carrying handle, above a pair of brass mounted recessed panels, flanked by pierced brass scale fret panels, on a moulded plinth base and brass bun feet, height 42cm, with pendulum, case keys and a winding key.
