LOT 1063
A late 19th century French brass cased carriage clock with eight day movement repeating and striking hours and half-hours on a gong, the backplate stamped 'Patent Surety Roller' and numbered '2728', the enamelled dial with black Roman hour numerals and inscribed 'Birch & Gaydon Manufacturers Paris', the glazed case with swing handle and bracket feet, height 16.5cm (small chip to one side panel).
