Two African carved hardwood diviner's rods, used by the Nunuma, Bwa, Bobo and Lobi people, each modelled with a hooked hornbill beaked end, lengths 115cm and 110cm, mounted on ebonized bases. Provenance: from the estate of the renowned artist, the late Alan Davie (1920-2014).
