A Senufo carved hardwood heddle pulley, Ivory Coast, modelled as the head of a hornbill with raised crest and overall incised zig-zag hatching, length 18.5cm, mounted on an ebonized base. Provenance: from the estate of the renowned artist, the late Alan Davie (1920-2014).
