Frontispiece, list of subscribers, 1 coloured map, 37 tinted lithographed plates. (Some browning to margins and fore-edge.) Original cloth-backed pictorial boards (bumped to extremities, browned to edges). Provenance: presentation inscription dated 1884 to front-free endpaper.
