BREADALBANE, The Marchioness of [Lady Alma.] The High Tops of Black Mount. Edinburgh & London: William Blackwood & Sons., 1907. First edition, 8vo (208 x 149mm.) Frontispiece from a drawing by J.G. Millais, tissue-guard, numerous illustrations from photographs by Olive Mackenzie (spotting to fore-edge, marginal spotting to a few pages.) Original pictorial green cloth (faded titles to spine, a mark to upper cover). - And five other volumes on hunting in Scotland. Provenance: Robert Crewe-Milner 1st Marquees of Crewe (Liberal politician and writer; armorial bookplate). Note: Robert Crewe-Milner was a close ally of Asquith during the First World War, he also hosted the party at which Churchill was to meet his future wife, Clementine (6).
