A mid-19th century brass skeleton timepiece, probably by Parker & Pace of Bury St. Edmunds, unsigned, of long duration with double chain fusee driving one train with semi-deadbeat escapement, substantial plates and fine wheelwork, the silvered skeletonized circular chapter ring with Arabic numerals, the scroll frame on an oval base and simulated rosewood plinth, with pendulum and a glass dome, total height 34cm (minor faults).
