A Japanese iron tetsubin (tea kettle), 19th century, the cylindrical body cast with a scene of two fish swimming beside rocks and tree, the reverse with three flying geese, between key fret borders, with overhead swing handle, cast seal mark beneath spout, the brown patinated cover with pierced finial and signature to underside, total height 26.5cm.
