A German art glass vase, circa 1988, by Karl and Wolfgang Schmid, the bell shaped bowl engraved with birds on water amongst foliage against an opalescent blue/green ground, raised on a tall twisted stem and circular foot, engraved 'Schmid' to bowl and etched 'Schmid WS88' to base, height 30.5cm, together with four other similar Karl and Wolfgang Schmid art glass vases, two with engraved bowls, two with additional glass leaves and flowers to stems, each with etched maker's marks to bases.
