A late 19th century French onyx, brass and champlevé enamel four glass mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the backplate with stamped Samuel Marti maker's mark, the cream circular dial with black Arabic numerals, indistinctly signed and flower festoons, above a mercury compensated pendulum, the brass mounted onyx case with five finials above a pair of columns, all with polychrome enamel foliate decoration, on similarly decorated turned tapering feet, height 39cm.
