A mid to late 19th century French brown patinated bronze and ormolu mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell via an outside countwheel, the circular enamel dial with blue Roman hours and outer Arabic minutes and inscribed 'Polti Fres a Tours', the ormolu rococo scroll moulded case surmounted with a brown patinated bronze figure of a recumbent putto holding a butterfly over a flower, height 38.5cm (lacking pendulum and bell).
