A gold cased keywind open-faced lady's fob watch, with a gilt jewelled cylinder movement, gilt metal inner case, the floral decorated gilt dial with black Roman numerals and blued steel hands, the case back interior detailed '18K' and numbered '106381', with overall engraved decoration, case diameter 3.5cm.
