A gold cased keyless wind open-faced fob watch, with an unsigned gilt jewelled cylinder movement, gilt metal inner case, the scroll engraved gilt dial with black Roman numerals and blued steel hands, the case back interior detailed 'K18' and numbered '74956', case exterior with engraved decoration, case diameter 3.7cm.
