A Capodimonte porcelain two-handled urn shaped vase and domed cover, late 19th/early 20th century, the body decorated in relief with opposing panels of a maiden recumbent in a shell on water, accompanied by four cherubs, above a stiff leaf border, otherwise typically decorated with other figural panels, on a circular foot and canted corner square base, underglaze blue factory mark to base, height 46.5cm.
