PATENTS. A William IV patent on vellum awarded to Patrick Leyton Hynes for 'certain improvements in wheels in axle-trees and boxes, and an apparatus for retarding or locking wheels' sealed October 1836, hung with a large wax seal (faults to seal), together with three ledgers of copy letters and various printed reports, mostly relating to patents.
