A Chinese wucai porcelain circular dish, mark of Wanli but probably later, the centre painted in underglaze blue and overglaze red, green and yellow with a scene of a dignitary on horseback accompanied by two attendants, beneath a hanging pine branch with crane and rocks below, the rim filled with blue characters amongst scrolling lotus tendrils, the underside with flower sprays, underglaze blue six character mark to base, diameter 26.3cm.
