A 10 bore flintlock Brown Bess musket by Clark, barrel length 106.5cm (42in), signed rounded lock with replacement bronze swan neck cock, full stocked with regulation brass furniture, escutcheon engraved 'N Y 22', butt plate tang engraved '93/3', sideplate struck '111', with its steel ramrod (front sling swivel replaced) and socket bayonet, numbered '56' (rusted overall).
