Kenneth Denton Shoesmith - 'New Royal Liners' (Study for a Royal Mail Lines Cruise Ship Poster), pen, ink and wash on card, 18cm x 12cm, together with two further ink and watercolour drawings by the same hand and a brochure of related interest. Provenance: purchased by Maurice Frederick Codner, a friend and fellow of Shoesmith, at the artist's studio sale; thence by descent.
