A small 17th/18th century Armada type wrought iron chest with typical elaborate locking mechanism, the hinged lid and sides with overall strapwork and later painted decoration, the front with a central false lockplate, the sides fitted with swing handles, raised on turned feet, height 16cm, width 28cm, together with key.
