A French Leboeuf, Milliet & Co blue printed earthenware bear's grease pot and cover, 19th century, the lid decorated with a bear and inscribed 'Graisse d'Ours du Nord' above 'Edd. Pinaud. 230 Rue St Martin, Paris', the sides decorated with bears in a continuous landscape, black printed factory mark to base, height 6cm (interior with some staining, and chips to rim and foot of base).
