RAILWAYS, BRANCH LINES. - William COLLARD. Proposed London and Paris Railway, London and Paris in 2 hours 45 minutes. London: P.S. King & Son, Ltd., 1928. 4to (249 x 180mm.) Folding map at rear. (Light browning.) Original cloth blocked in gilt (extremities bumped, spine slightly darkened). Provenance: The Institute of Transport (library bookplate to front pastedown and some library ink stamps). - And a quantity of other volumes relating to branch lines. Provenance: from the estate of the late Michael Gilkes FRCS, FRCOphth., FRGS (a quantity).
