London: 1701. 2 vols. in one, folio (423 x 260mm.) 2 frontispieces, 238 engraved plates or engraved full-page illustrations. 5 double-page maps. (Numerous tears, some repaired, some browning and soiling, frontispiece to first volume somewhat creased and torn with marginal loss.) Old reverse calf (worn). Provenance: William Gross (signature to front pastedown).
