EXHIBITIONS. The Crystal Palace, and its Contents; Being an Illustrated Cyclopaedia of The Great Exhibition of the Industry of All Nations, 1851. Warwick Lane: W.M. Clark, 1852. 4to (273 x 202mm.) Numerous uncoloured illustrations. (Browning and spotting.) Contemporary half-russia (extremities bumped and scuffed, head and foot of spine reinforced with touches of recolouring). - And a quantity of other volumes relating to exhibitions and the Festival of Britain. Provenance: from the estate of the late Michael Gilkes FRCS, FRCOphth., FRGS (a quantity).
