LEEKE, William. The History of Lord Seaton's Regiment, (The 52nd Light Infantry,) at the Battle of Waterloo. London: Hatchard and Co., 1866. 2 vols., (215 x 135mm.) Engraved portrait frontispiece to each vol., 3 maps to vol. I. (Light browning, occasional minor spotting.) Original cloth blocked in black and gilt (extremities bumped and scuffed, some soiling and damp-staining). Note: tipped-in a.l.s. at rear of vol. II addressed to 'My dear friend' from the author, dated 'Dec 27, 1870'. - And one other volume, signed by the majority of the great train robbers (Piers Paul READ. 'The Train Robbers'. London: 1978) (3).
