London: printed for Dan Browne, 1705. 8vo (194 x 117mm.) (Browning and spotting, sometimes heavy, occasional minor soiling, minor indistinct marginalia to title.) Contemporary speckled-calf tooled in blind (extremities bumped and scuffed, upper-cover detached, old shelf label to front pastedown). Provenance: John Carre (signed four times and dated 1739 and 1740 to front-free endpaper and preliminary blank); George Carre Advocate (armorial bookplate to preliminary blank).
