A Sino-Tibetan brass, copper and silver plated Cadogan type teapot, probably late Qing dynasty, the flattened ovoid body applied with a pair of opposing figural panels on a relief lotus and tendril ground flanked by a brass Buddhistic lion handle and mask and tongue scroll spout, the flame finial decorated with a character, height 24cm.
