A George III figured mahogany longcase clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the painted break arch dial with hunting scene to arch above Roman hour numerals, subsidiary seconds, date aperture and inscribed 'Benjn Gray, Loughborough', the hood with swan neck pediment, glazed door and fluted columns, the arched trunk door with crossbanded and line inlaid decoration flanked by similarly decorated canted corners, the base with bracket feet, height 234cm, with pendulum and two weights.
