A George II indenture on vellum between Obadiah Lane from Longton, Staffordshire, William Wordsworth from the Parish of Royston and Richard Townend of Hoyland, dated 1738, 26.5cm x 55cm, together with a collection of legal documents, most 18th or 19th century and relating to Yorkshire.
