A late 19th century French ormolu and white marble pendule à circles de tournant clock garniture, the eight day movement with vertically positioned platform lever escapement striking on a bell, the case with two cherubs standing on a quatrelobed white marble plinth, applied with ormolu foliate bands and bead mounts, holding aloft the clock encased in glass with lyre gallery and cartouche, inscribed 'Thuret A Paris', beneath a domed detachable surmount with foliate finial, height 43.5cm, together with a pair of similar candlesticks with putti columns, height 19cm.
