A Chinese blue and white porcelain bowl, mark of Chenghua but Kangxi period, of slightly lobed circular form with barbed rim, the exterior painted with four opposing standing maidens flanked by landscape vignettes, the interior painted with a single seated scholar, underglaze blue six character mark within double ring to base, diameter approx 12.5cm.
