A Chinese Canton export ivory folding fan, late 19th Century, the guards carved in relief with birds amidst blossoming branches, the birds heightened in colour, the seventeen sticks carved and pierced with flowers emerging through meandering mist, supporting a silk embroidered panel depicting a pheasant and other birds amongst blossoming branches, length approx 36cm.
