A collection of items relating to Captain Oscar Philip Jones, C.V.O., O.B.E., R.F.C., R.A.F. R.A.F.V.R., comprising a B.O.A.C. captain's tunic, applied with ribbons for C.V.O., O.B.E., 1939-45 Star, Atlantic Star, Africa Star, 1939-45 War Medal, 1937 Coronation Medal and George VI Air Efficiency Award, bearing label to interior marked 'Capt. O.P. Jones' and dated '29/10/63', a B.O.A.C. captain's cap, applied with initials 'OPJ' to interior, a black beret, bearing twenty-two flying or flying related lapel badges, and four photographs of O.P. Jones wearing beret and B.O.A.C. uniform. Note: after service flying, Captain Jones became an airline pilot with Instone Air Line Ltd, then Imperial Airways and B.O.A.C., recording over 21,000 hours in 128 different types of aircraft.
