A late 19th Century Mauchline ware Tam O'Shanter hone, the hinged lid inscribed 'Celebrated Tam O'Shanter Hone', flanked by a view of 'Burns Monument' and a scene of two seated gentlemen, titled 'Tam O'Shanter & Souter Johnny', the interior fitted with a stone and applied printed paper label, length approx 22cm, together with a Mauchline ware picture booklet, the cover decorated with a beach scene of a gentleman photographer and a couple seated aside a boat, titled 'Scenes from Life at the Sea Side', containing twelve seaside scenes, length approx 16.5cm (spine worn), and a Mauchline ware buttonhook, decorated with a scene of 'Hardrow Scau near Hawer', length approx 14cm.
