LOT 2001
A 19th Century Louis XV style kingwood and porcelain mounted side table, the crossbanded top with a serpentine applied brass edge above a shaped frieze, inset with three painted porcelain mounts, the downswept legs with applied gilt metal winged female herm mounts and foliate sabots, height approx 80cm, width approx 85cm, depth approx 43cm. Provenance: Sotheby's, Chestham Park, Henfield, Sussex, 25th September 1997, Lot 21.
