A 19th Century French green stained tortoiseshell and brass boulle work mantel clock, with eight day movement striking on a bell, the back plate impressed 'H.Y Marc A Paris' maker's stamp and numbered '19055', the rectangular enamel dial with painted Roman numerals and inscribed 'H.Y. A Marc Paris', the rectangular glazed case with carrying handle above overall foliate and strapwork decoration on a rectangular base and bracket feet, height approx 23.5cm (faults and restoration).
